Build one bot for several platforms

Share useful features across Telegram, X, and WhatsApp while keeping account access and private records separate.

Choose the actual combination

Select Hybrid on the home page and choose Telegram + X, Telegram + WhatsApp, X + WhatsApp, or all three. Describe the shared job and any platform-specific behavior. A public FAQ may work everywhere, while a private support ticket and an owner setup action need stricter access rules.

Each platform has separate connection, permissions, activation, health, and traffic. Check current publishing readiness and test every connected account.

A bot can also use X data or actions while its customers stay on Telegram or WhatsApp. Connect the required X account for that integration. Adding X as another place for customers to message the bot is a separate platform change.

Use X features from another bot

Example: an event guide

  1. Choose Telegram + X and request a guide using your public event dates, venue, accessibility information, and FAQ.
  2. Ask for shared public answers, Telegram help buttons, and owner-only event updates. State that private reports and preferences must stay private.
  3. Review the build and open Capabilities. Switch between Shared source, Telegram, and X to inspect the mapped interactions.
  4. Connect each account in Config. Publish when the current readiness report allows it; only connected, authorized platforms can activate.
  5. Ask the same public event question on both platforms. Then test a missing fact and an unauthorized request to edit the event.

If you add a platform connection later, review and publish the update needed to activate it. Follow the current status card rather than an older connection message in chat.

Keep private identities separate

Telegram, X, and WhatsApp users are separate identities unless you build an authorized linking flow. Specify access rules and test private records from different users.

Verify each platform’s evidence and delivery. An interaction detected on one platform does not establish that it works everywhere.
